Hello,
We've been invited to participate once again to the VANS THE CIRCLE video contest.
For this new video, we wanted to produce a video based on the artistic vibes, more than the 1st video we made in 2020. The idea with Arnaud WOLFF (Our filmer we asked to film and cut the video as the 1st one) was to play on the atmosphere and the vibes. We decided to invite less riders compare to our 1st entry in 2020 to let more times to riders to show their creativity. It was also easier for Arnaud to film with a smaller crew.
This year, on top of the video contest, VANS added a photo contest. We asked to our talented friend Ben GEA to join the adventure.

MOST IMPORTANT INFOS FOR VANS THE CIRCLE 2021 :
THE CIRCLE IS AN ONLINE VIDEO COMPETITION, ENABLING LOCAL BMXERS TO EXPRESS THEMSELVES IN THE STREETS, CREATING A SOLID VIDEO PART REPRESENTING THEIR LOCAL STORE.
19 BMX STORES WILL BE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE, WITH 2 1/2 MONTHS TO CREATE A UNIQUE & ORIGINAL PIECE, SHOWCASING THEIR LOCAL TEAM, SCENE, SPOTS AND COMMUNITY.
NOT ONLY OPEN FOR PRO RIDERS, THE CIRCLE IS AN INCLUSIVE CHALLENGE INVITING ALL AGES, GENDERS AND LEVELS, AS LONG AS PART OF THEIR LOCAL COMMUNITY.
THE VIDEO PART SHOULD SHOWCASE CREATIVITY IN RIDING, FILMING & EDITING!
ALL VIDEOS WILL BE HOSTED ON DIGBMX.COM, PROMOTING LOCAL SCENES AND ENGAGING WITH LOCAL COMMUNITIES AS A PART OF THE VOTING WILL BE OPEN FOR THEM TO SUPPORT THEIR CIRCLE!

The Circle guidelines given to the teams are simple but solid:
STEP 1 – BE INCLUSIVE
Each team can have up to 6 members but we don’t want just want the pros. We want the local heroes too.
STEP 2 – BE CREATIVE
The video part should showcase the team’s creativity in riding, filming and editing.
STEP 3 – BE COMMUNITY MINDED
After all, the community is the 5th judge. Gather the troops and get them involved.
