4130 chromoly frame with post-welding machining

Lifetime warranty with the 41 Thermal process. This process produces a light and strong frame to the point of being able to guarantee it for life against twisting and cracking.

The bottom bracket and head Tube are machined to save a maximum of weight without sacrificing strength and robustness. Machining is done after welding to be able to adjust the bearings very precisely.

The 8mm rear dropouts are as light as 5mm dropouts because they are hollowed. However, they are twice as strong.

Integrated chain tensioners to keep the chain tight and simplify wheel removal.

Removable brake mounts (not supplied)

This frame is treated against rust with "Black Magic" varnish. This is to date the best anti-corrosion treatment offered by frame brands.
