We made a mistake when preparing your order, or incorrect information was included in a product description, and you want to return the product. Just contact us by email at: contact@brosstore.fr

We will send you a return label and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

2 - You want to return a product that does not suit you (for example, sizing issues).

You are disappointed with a product, the color does not suit you, or the size you chose is not the right one..

You can return the package to BROS, 56 rue Louis Pasteur, 70290 PLANCHER BAS with your invoice, your name, or your order number.

As soon as we receive your package, we will send you a voucher code for the amount of the returned product(s).

Shipping costs are at your expense.

-Returned products must be in their original packaging, never assembled or used.
-Custom BMX bikes and Custom Wheels are neither returned nor exchanged.
